Welcome to VibeLink. By downloading, accessing, or using the VibeLink mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeLink. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You may upload photos, videos, and text (“User Content”). By uploading content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.
You grant VibeLink a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the App. We may remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
VibeLink offers optional paid subscriptions billed through Apple or Google via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your device’s app store settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. VibeLink does not issue refunds directly.
6. Advertising
VibeLink may display advertisements to free users. Ads may be personalized based on anonymized usage data.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Post misleading, explicit, or harmful content
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the App
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to VibeLink at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer
VibeLink is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or specific outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
